Rules & Suggestions
  • It is suggest you keep communication within your topic, however you are welcome to choose other methods of communication if needed, such as email.
  • Please do not post private information in your topics, such as admin info or FTP details.
  • In some instances, you will be required to provide access to your forum admin cpanel. It is suggested you create a restricted admin account (for example, one which does not have access to the System, Forums, Members, Support or Other Apps tabs in the Admin Cpanel).
  • If FTP access is needed, it is suggested you create a limited account which restricts the user to only the required folder(s).
  • If you are the designer, it is suggested you do not send through the .psd files until the payment has been made. You can also optionally add a watermark to your image mock-ups before payment is made to prevent your images from being used without your permission. The watermarks should obviously be removed once payment clears.
