Hey Azareale,
Facebook uses an image called "meta_image.png" for that logo. This image can be found in each of your skin folders. Also, there is a setting in the AdminCP under General Configuration if you want to use one image for all your skins.

I tried both and it's still showing up as the original image... maybe it takes awhile to update?

I think the image is cached to facebook..that means if you share your site (and you use the default image), it will use the default image for quite a while even if you change it.
